The exhibition See the Unseen aims to create understanding and awareness about mental health, focusing on the issue of stigma andmental health stigmatization through artistic methods and stories that connect with feelings through real experiences. This exhibition will be a medium to create understanding, reduce prejudice and blur the lines of judgment, and reduce stigmatization of oneself and others. The exhibition has 3 rooms and 4 pieces of work that will help expand the images in the mind that are not seen, to be seen. 

Room 1: ' Fallen Words ' Interactive Art that invites viewers to share their experiences of being branded by filling in the blanks with words, which will appear as the viewer's own shadow.

Room 2: '60 Memorable Experiences ' 60 artworks from 60 participants in the Expressive Art Workshop that reflect stories, experiences, feelings and emotional wounds within the body .

Room 3: ' Seeing 3 Bodies, Touching 3 Hearts ' A documentary that tells the lives of 3 people, 3 stories of being stigmatized, which leads to mental health problems, through a filming process that combines the science of Expressive Art.
