The Media and Cultural Health Promotion Program by ThaiHealth invites you to the Media and Health Literacy Expo: "Don't Let Kids Get Overweight (Cut Sugar, Fat, and Salt; Add Vegetables and Fruits)" and the Royal Trophy Award Ceremony, presented by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

The event will feature showcase booths from model schools participating in the “Don’t Let Kids Get Overweight” Project 2024, as well as special activities, including:

• Health-Promoting Menu Competition: "Cut Sugar, Fat, and Salt; Add Vegetables and Fruits," creatively crafted by Junior Chefs.

• Physical Activity Challenge Contest: such as the "Fabric Belt Weight Loss" or "Water Bottle Dumbbell" challenges.

• Dance Challenge Competition: promoting quick and fun ways to stay active.

• Healthy Lifestyle Model Search: based on the 3 As principles (Food, Mood, and Exercise).
