The "Many Faces of Depression: Body, Brain, and Beyond" seminar and NeuroArt exhibition, organized by the Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program Conference 2025, BrainCode101 by PMU-B, Cognitive Clinical and Computational Neuroscience Center of Excellence, and The Principia, will be held from 13:00 to 18:00.
This event features the NeuroArt exhibition, blending neuroscience and art to offer new insights into mental expression through the works of invited artists. It includes special activity booths exploring emotions and the mind through the five senses (sight, taste, smell, sound, and touch), as well as academic discussions on depression, covering topics such as:
Gut Microbiome: Exploring the link between the gut and depression
Neuroimaging: Examining the brain and mind through neuroimaging
Behaviors: Decoding behaviors that affect mood and depression
Aging Society: Depression in the aging population
Unmet Health Needs: Public health challenges in mental health care
