In a world full of various crises and uncertainties, it challenges our mental state and confidence in living. To ease this anxiety, we must begin to design a better quality of life, with the concept of "eating well, living well." Designing food should go beyond nutrition and involve a holistic approach, combining multiple disciplines to expand the potential of local ingredients and Thai flavors creatively.

This exhibition showcases 15 products from entrepreneurs across three regions: Northern, Northeastern, and Central Thailand, as part of the project "Thailand’s Taste of Tomorrow – The REGIONALS." A collaboration by Food Innopolis, NSTDA, iGTC, Maejo University's Faculty of Tourism, KUSCR Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University, and other partners, to promote the marketing of future food innovation businesses. This initiative bridges traditional Thai food knowledge to a global perspective, presented through digital art, blending science and art together.
